Salary & Benefits Highlights

Salary

Allied health care workers are paid according to each position. Please contact your local recruitment representative for your specific position information or refer to the collective agreement on the HSAA website.

Hours of Work

Dependent on position, refer to collective agreement.

Overtime/Superstat

Two times basic rate

Shift Differential

  • $2.50 per hour evenings (3 p.m. to 11 p.m.)
  • $4.25 per hour nights (11 p.m. to 7 a.m.)
  • $2.75 per hour weekend differential

Retention Incentive

  • Year 1: $2,500
  • Year 2: $2,250
