Temporary interruption in emergency services next week

EMS ready to transport patients to nearby health care facilities if required

HARDISTY – Due to a lack of physician coverage, the emergency department (ED) and medical clinic at the Hardisty Health Centre will be closed from November 15, 2011, starting at 3 p.m. through until November 17, 2011, at 8 a.m., when full ED and medical clinic hours will resume.

EMS is prepared to transport patients to other nearby health care facilities during the service interruption.

Long-term care, laboratory and X-ray services will remain open.
