Three Creeks health survey community update meeting

PEACE RIVER – Alberta Health Services (AHS) is hosting a community meeting to discuss the human and animal health surveys conducted in the Three Creeks area earlier this year.

DATE: Dec. 1, 2011
TIME: 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
LOCATION: St. Isidore Cultural Centre and Community Hall, Peace River
Representatives from AHS, Alberta Health and Wellness and Alberta Agriculture and Rural Development will:
- Provide an update on the human and animal health surveys.
- Answer questions and listen to feedback on the survey from community residents.
- Discuss ongoing monitoring activities.
